I visited here 2 days ago and the security guard at the showroom exhibited extreme disrespect and arrogance during my visit. His demeanor was unprofessional, creating a negative experience. Despite being a customer, I felt unwelcome due to his rude attitude. It's important for the management to address such issues to ensure a positive environment for visitors. I remember his name was Sai nihar yeluri from black bird security.

Review of the beauty lesson (make-up lesson): The lesson offered by Sephora is actually a great lesson for its price. The specialist who taught me was Simona, who was absolutely FANTASTIC. She was patient, educated and knowledgeable, and funny. As soon as she realized I was out of touch about everything "makeup," she really did everything she could to make me less anxious about trying new things. Having said that, she gave me the look hat I wanted and helped me learn how to do that for myself in the future. She was patient as I took photos of the products and helped me set up my phone to take a short video when my eyes were closed. She even took some photos of the final look, which were much better than the ones I took. She was very funny and easygoing, and if I made mistakes, she showed me how to fix my mistakes in the future. I walked out having had a great time, learned a lot, and looked amazing, too! 😏 She did not push any products on me to buy, but when I said I wanted a couple of items, she helped me find them, as well. I was very happy with this educational session, and I will try other programs offered in the future.

The MUA staff here don’t have the right attitude to be working in retail, aside from the greeter at the door who was pleasant. I had gone in asking for product recommendations and wanted to test out a couple of different items to see what I liked but the MUA was rude right off the bat and had an unnecessary attitude about him. He showed me one product and when I asked for additional recommendations he refused saying this one product was all he could tell me. I wanted to try a couple of options and he said to just buy the items and return them if I didn’t like it instead of allowing me to try in store. Not sure who gave him a job in customer service but he’s clearly not cut out for it. I had gone in intending to purchase a few different items but I was so put off by the MUA that I left without buying anything.
